PCFS

You would be joining a small, family owned fostering service, whose owner was herself a foster parent for many years. We believe in family values and endeavour to carry this through our ethos and support to all families and all children.

financial assistance

Foster parents receive financial support to cover the costs of caring for a child, including daily expenses, education, and healthcare needs. With PCFS the minimum fee is £550 per young person, per week, with respite support and holiday grants available

Fostering provides a deep sense of satisfaction from making a significant difference in a child's life. Foster parents help children heal, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment, they enable children to have childhoods and believe in their futures.

Fostering can positively influence the parent's own family by teaching children compassion, understanding, and the importance of helping others in need. Fostering allows foster parents to form meaningful relationships with other foster families, creating a sense of community and support and opportunities to attend events with other families.

Foster parents receive extensive support and training which helps them feel equipped to handle various challenges and improve their caregiving abilities.

If you are an existing foster parent joining our service you may benefit from a more personal service and support, excellent fees and a more inclusive community of foster families. 24/7 out of hours service, with a social worker always available.
